Wolff Street Flats is a new three-story residential development in Denver’s West Colfax neighborhood, featuring 23 affordable condominiums designed to expand homeownership opportunities in the community.
Developed by Osina Development in partnership with Modus Real Estate, the project is Colorado’s first to receive construction financing through CHFA’s Drive It Home program. Located at 4801 W. 10th Avenue, the development is expected to be completed in August 2027.
