LEADERSHIP

Scott has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of electrical contracting.  Growing the company from small residential homes to downtown high rises has been one of Scott’s great joys over the last 20 years.  Through Welsh Electric’s growth, Scott continues to believe that a relationship based, controlled growth strategy is the only way to do successful, repeat business.  When not at work Scott is either with his family, on the golf course or at a hockey rink. Scott resides in Denver with his wife of 20 years and son.

Myrissa has over 10 years of office management experience. With her degree in Business Management and Business Administration, she strives to provide administrative support to the Welsh Electric team. For the past 9 years, Myrissa has worked closely with the owners of Welsh Electric to learn the successful strategies and internal processes of the business. Her current roles include bookkeeping, payroll and certified payroll specialization, compliance in various aspects of Welsh Electric, as well as handling employee relations. In her downtime, Myrissa loves camping and spending weekends at her family cabin with her wife and two dogs. When the leaves start to change color, she enjoys big game hunting with her grandfather.

Will Baken is the Senior Project Manager at Welsh Electric Inc. He brings 26 years of extensive experience in managing residential and commercial wiring, maintenance, and repairs. His proven track record includes successfully completing numerous projects, all while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Will has a knack for problem-solving and excels in customer service. He oversees day-to-day operations, working closely with both existing and new clients. When not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, riding his side-by-side, and enjoying quality moments with his wife and two kids.

Mitch is the Operations Manager with 30 years of experience in the electrical trade.  With a deep understanding of electrical systems, project management, and team leadership, Mitch has overseen large-scale installations, maintenance operations, and safety compliance throughout the projects.  Starting as an apprentice Mitch worked through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work. Over the years he has led teams of electricians, managed budgets, and ensured projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.  Mitch takes pride in his problem-solving and communication skills, and commitment to safety, on every project. With his decades of experience he takes the time to mentor the next generation of electricians. Mitch continues to drive operational success while upholding the highest industry standards. Mitch has been married to his wife Joan for 28 years and has two sons.  He enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Chris Romero is our Preconstruction Manager, throughout his tenure, Chris has successfully managed an array of projects, including high-rises, collaborations with UC Health, and various multifamily projects, notably those with Denver Housing Authority. His dedication to excellence and keen eye for detail have made him an invaluable member of the Welsh Electric team. When he is not overseeing projects, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son. He takes great pride in watching his son develop his skills in youth hockey. Additionally, Chris is an avid outdoorsman, finding joy in camping and hunting
