KITE ROUTE CROSSING

Kite Route Crossing brings 50 income- and age-qualified affordable rental homes to the Town of Superior, marking the community’s first development of its kind. The three-story, Type V-A wood-framed building pairs comfortable residential living with modern electrical infrastructure, including power distribution, branch circuitry, and lighting systems serving the residences and shared amenities.

The first level features mechanically ventilated parking, a fitness center, an activity and community room, and dedicated bike storage, with electrical connections supporting ventilation equipment and amenity spaces.
