The 9th & Clermont project is transforming Denver’s historic Veterans Affairs Hospital into a 493-unit multifamily residential community. This adaptive reuse project pairs the preservation of historic architectural features with modern building infrastructure, integrating the power distribution, branch circuitry, lighting, and electrical connections needed to support contemporary residential living.

Electrical coordination plays a key role in fitting modern systems into the existing structure while respecting its historic character. Alongside the remodeled residences, the development will feature a fitness center, theater, gaming lounge, and other shared amenities, each with its own power and lighting requirements. Located in Denver’s Hale neighborhood, 9th & Clermont brings new energy to a local landmark while preserving its connection to the past.
